Before Your Appointment

• Please ask your physician if there other special requirements to follow before your appointment.
• Dress comfortably for your appointment or test.
• Ask if you need to be NPO (nothing to eat or drink after midnight) or on clear liquid for your consultation or test
• Bring your medical reports, your radiology image and a current medication list with dosage. You can utilize our form by clinking here. Insert link
• Have a responsible adult to provide you with transportation back to your domicile

After Your Visit

HCA International Services Program member will help you get the medical report or results you need prior to leaving.  Every time you provide a health care specialist with your contact information make sure they are accurate to avoid delay in process. We will ask you to sing an authorization to release medical information. This Authorization will allow the International team member to obtain your medical information and to send them to you once you have left. You can download this form from this web site under the forms section.

Medical Information
We suggest that you ask the physician office to provide you with a medical report prior of leaving their office. While at the Hospital, we will provide you with a copy of your medical record on a CD. The CD is password protected and instruction will be given to you. You can consult the forms section of this web site to view them. Films, x-ray, Scan and other radiology image will be places on a CD ROM at no charge to you.
